  Hospitality/Tourism Industry Professionals and Press are invited to join us on Wednesday, August 20th to get acquainted with, or reacquainted with, the wineries in Woodinville's Hollywood District. Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about and experience tastings at participating wineries. Check-in for this event will be at The Hollywood Manor @ Tenhulzen Reserve between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Most tasting rooms will be open until 7pm.

  Step into the glamour of Woodinville’s Hollywood district with the Hurray for Hollywood wine pass, where the name is as fitting as the star-studded offerings. Nestled in the heart of the Sammamish River Valley, this district is not just a pretty face; it’s home to the prestigious Hollywood Schoolhouse and some of the most refined palates in Washington State. The pass invites you to experience the Northwest lifestyle, where North Face pullovers are as welcome as a Hollywood smile.   Join us for the ultimate wine sale event of the season! The "Stock the Cellar" wine case sale offers customers the opportunity to stock up on their favorite wines for the holidays with incredible discounts of 40% or more off the normal retail price, plus tax-free purchases.

  Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, November 15

  • Time: 10 am - 3 pm

  • Location: Columbia Collective

  • Load-in: TBD

  • Number of Wineries: 15

  Registration Information:

  • How to Register: Complete the registration form or contact Lindsey Lamb at Lindsey@Woodinvillewinecountry.com for more information.

  • Registration Deadline: August 19th or until all available slots are filled, whichever comes first.

  • Participation Fee: $100 for Members (to cover rentals, onsite signage, advertising) can be paid through Wild Apricot via credit card or direct via check + 6 bottles of each wine being showcased for pouring.

    • $200 to non-Members after 2 weeks of sign up if we do not it our targets

  Wine Submission Requirements:

  • Each winery can provide up to 2 different SKUs of wine.

  • Submit a detailed list of wines, including retail price per case and discounted price per case, by October 1st.

  • All wines must adhere to the 40% or more off pricing.
